2020 Study Session on Finance and Accounting “Appropriate Paperwork for Procurement” Was Held/召开令和2年度财务・会计学习交流会“关于物品调配的适当的事务处理”

  Our university held two study sessions for accounting staff on June 18 (School of Medicine Campus) and July 15 (Kofu Campus), 2020, with approximately 70 participants.
  These study sessions were designed to foster a thorough awareness of cost reduction in each of our staff. This time, the Executive Support Office (Market Research Team) gave a talk titled “Appropriate Paperwork for Procurement”, in which they explained the problems that have arisen so far with examples, the achievements of last year, the basic policy for this year, and important points to keep in mind at the time of contracting.
  A wide range of participants, from administrative assistants to section managers, listened attentively and engaged in a lively question and answer discussion, making this a very meaningful study session.

 本校分别在令和2年6月18日(医学部校区)和7月15日(甲府校区),召开了以会计事务职员为对象的学习交流会。
 本次学习交流会,以让每个职员都彻底地形成削减成本意识为目的,由董事支援室(市场调查组)以“关于物品调配的适当的事务处理”为题,结合案例说明了迄今为止存在的问题、上一年度的成果、本年度的基本方针以及签约时的注意事项等。
 在会上,从事务助理员到科长,所有的学员都认真倾听,踊跃答疑,这是一场有意义的学习交流会。
