Support for operators affected by the spread of the COVID-19 has begun. / 支援因新型冠状病毒感染扩大而受到影响的企业
The domestic economy has been negatively impacted by the COVID-19, and the impact has been amplified in many areas, including continuing operations and hiring employees.
In Yamanashi Prefecture, the state of emergency has been lifted, but the seriousness of the situation is expected to continue until the COVID-19 contained.
The University of Yamanashi has promoted joint research, contract research, and industry-academic collaboration by providing support to companies through [Face-to-face technical consultation], [The loan of research facilities] and [Consignment of analytical and research].
Considering that these activities must continue even under the influence of the COVID-19, we have launched two new support programs: [Online technical consultation] for the renewal of technical support and [Supportive joint research], which provides partial funding for joint research.
These two projects will be carried out in cooperation with the coordinators of social cooperation at financial institutions and other organizations, including the Yamanashi Chuo Bank.

■Supportive joint research

由于新型冠状病毒的感染的扩大，国内经济受到了负面影响，在继续营业、员工雇佣等多方面的影响都在扩大。另外，虽然山梨县已经解除了紧急事态宣言，但是预计在新型冠状病毒得到控制以前，严重的情况将会持续下去。
山梨大学此前已经通过“面对面技术咨询”、“研究设备租赁”、“分析研究的委托”等形式对企业进行支援，积极推进共同研究、委托研究以及产学合作活动。
在新型冠状病毒的影响下，这些活动仍然将继续进行。此次，作为进一步的支援政策，提供了新的技术支持，即“基于网络的技术咨询”以及“支持型共同研究”的共同研究费用的部分支援。
这两项工作，以山梨中央银行为首，由金融机构和各组织的社会协作协调者共同协作推进。
