３Universities sign a cooperation agreement

　On September 30th, 2021, the Institute of Enology and Viticulture has signed an agreement with the Sakeology Center, Niigata University and the Education and Research Center for Fermentation Studies, Kagoshima University.
　This agreement was concluded for the purpose that 3 Universities cooperated to education, research, regional contributions, industry-academia collaborations and international exchanges, and contributed to the development of the future academic and human resources on the field of alcohol.
　Starting with a Joint Symposium scheduled to be held on November, 3 Universities proceed the cooperation project.
