 Our University’s Youtube channel has a series of yoga relaxation exercise videos created by the Student Support Center Counseling and Support Office for students who are required to stay at home. These exercises can be done entirely indoors. We hope these videos help you maintain a healthy lifestyle!

<Description>

  1. Chair Yoga 
      Here’s how to regulate your body’s circulation and loosen up your joints. Let’s start by slowly relaxing your body.

  1. Morning Yoga
      Please use this to start your day. Focus on the ” Now, here!” and ” State of mind and body” as you move your body in time with your breath.

  2. Night Yoga
      Here are some tips on how to regulate your autonomic nervous system. Please take a look.

※ Before the lesson: ① Open a window to ventilate the room. ② If you do not have a humidifier, put a wet towel nearby.

     介绍了调整身体的循环、放松关节的方法。首先让我们一起慢慢地放松身体。

  1. Morning Yoga
     适合在新一天的开始做的运动。配合呼吸运动身体,让我们一起将注意力集中在“这时、这里”、“心灵和身体的状态”。

  1. Night Yoga
     介绍了调整自律神经的方法。请参考如何可以更好地调整的方法。

※ 上课前要做到:
 ・开窗透气;
 ・请使用加湿器,如果没有的话,请在边上放置一块湿毛巾。
