President Shimada visited Xi’an Medical University, Yangzhou University, Wuyi University and Jinan University in China/岛田真路校长访问了中国的西安医学院、扬州大学、五邑大学、暨南大学

　President Shimada, Professor Nakao (Dean of Faculty of Medicine), Professor Fan, Professor Yao, Professor Mao (Director of Center for International Education and Exchange) and Ms. Ishii (Head of Office of International Affairs) visited four universities in China December 20 to December 26, 2019.
　At Xi’an Medical University, the delegation signed a letter of intent for cooperation and discussed with President Yang Fan and Vise president Li Xueping. about the conclusion of exchange agreement between two universities.
　Following Xi’an Medical University, the delegation visited Yangzhou University. The school of medicine of Yangzhou University and the faculty of medicine of University of Yamanashi concluded an exchange agreement in 2016 and have been conducting student and faculty member exchanges since then. The delegation paid a courtesy call on vice President Liu Qiaoquan and exchanged opinion on expanding the agreement to University level and further strengthen the cooperation both universities. Discussions on establishing joint research center and cooperative educational program were also conducted. At the end of the visit, students who had studied at University of Yamanashi as visiting students made excellent presentations about their experiences at University of Yamanashi as well as their current activities.
　During visiting Wuyi University, the signing ceremony of the exchange agreement was held with the attendance of Chairman Zhang Kun, President Zhang Yunhua, Deputy Chairman Li Ai Kang, Professor Chen Wenhua. Following the ceremony, the delegation visited research and education facilities and discussed in details about future cooperation.
　At Jinan University, the letter of intent for joint research was signed by both universities after opinion exchanges with Vice president An Hong and Professor Wang Yifei.
　Thanks to the helps from the alumni of university of Yamanashi, the collaborations between each of the 4 universities and University of Yamanashi are very successful currently in the field of student exchange and joint research. This visiting further strengthened the partnership with each university.

　12月20日（星期五）~26日（星期四），岛田真路校长、中尾笃人医学部长、范江林教授、姚建教授、国际交流中心主任茅晓阳以及国际企划课课长石井yoshimi，访问了中国的4所大学。
　第一个访问的是西安医学院，与该校杨帆校长、李雪萍副校长等交换了合作意向书，并就签署大学间交流协定交换了意见。
　接着，访问了扬州大学。扬州大学医学院与我校医学部于2016年签订交流协议至今，以医学部为中心进行师生交流。在这次访问中，拜会了刘巧泉副校长，就今后将学院间交流协定扩大到大学之间，进一步加强交流交换了意见。作为本校毕业生梁景岩教授活跃在扬州大学，与相关人员就共同研究中心的设立和教育项目的合作可能性等问题进行了讨论。最后，由在本校短期学习过的学生报告近况。
　在五邑大学召开了校际交流协议签字仪式，党委书记张焜书记、张运华校长、陈文华大健康院副院长等列席了会议。之后，视察了校内的研究教育设施，就今后的合作具体交换了意见。
　在暨南大学与洪岸副校长、王一飞院长交换意见后，交换了共同研究意向书。
　各大学由在本校获得博士学位的毕业生执教，以OB・OG为中心开展学生交流和共同研究。通过这次访问，期待能够与各大学进一步加强关系，进一步促进师生交流和共同研究。
