A paper by a research group in Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Faculty of Engineering won the 3rd Prize, IEEE GCCE(*) 2017 Excellent Paper Award. The title of the paper was ” Broadbanding of a NN(**)-based microphone-array system by decomposing into frequency components.”

The authors, Profs. Kenji Ozawa, Masanori Morise, and Yuichiro Kinoshita, stated that it might be highly evaluated that the combination of contradicted ideas of “broadbanding” and “decomposing into components” showed the high performance.
