Autumn Entrance Ceremony: 2016 (academic year)

　The Autumn Entrance Ceremony was held on 3rd October, 2016.
　11 out of 19 freshmen are international students from 5 different countries.
　President’s address is as follows.

　At the University of Yamanashi Graduate School, I hope you develop sophisticated, specialized knowledge and skills as you grow into leaders capable of thriving in academia, industry, and government on a global scale.
　Your experience here in Yamanashi, where the natural beauty of Mount Fuji ― now a World Cultural Heritage Site is always on display, will give you many opportunities to deepen your interaction with others and make friends of all kinds. I sincerely hope that you enjoy a rich, fulfilling university life and apply yourselves to your studies.
