  At the 42nd Congress of the Japanese Society for Thrombosis and Hemostasis held online July 1-31, 2020, Assistant Teacher Toshimitsu Shirai, Department of Clinical Laboratory Medicine, School of Medicine, was awarded the Academic Encouragement Award.
  This award is given to young researchers who have published research papers in basic and clinical medicine that contribute to the development of Thrombosis and Hemostasis.
  The paper title is “C-type Lectin-Like Receptor 2 Promotes Hematogenous Tumor Metastasis and Prothrombotic State in Tumor-Bearing Mice,” which was published in Thrombosis and Haemostasis. This paper is a research on the role of the platelet-activated receptor CLEC-2 in cancer progression.
  Assistant Teacher Shirai said, “It is a great honor to receive this award. I would like to thank everyone in my department for their support of this research. I will continue to study harder to do even better research.

 令和2年7月1日~31日在线召开的第42届日本血栓止血学会学术集会上,白井俊光 医学部临床检查医学讲座助教获得了学术奖励奖。
 该奖项授予发表基础医学及临床医学的研究论文中,对血栓止血学的发展做出贡献的年轻研究者。
 获奖题目为《C-type Lectin-Like Receptor 2 Promotes Hematogenous Tumor Metastasis and Prothrombotic State in Tumor- bearing Mice》,受理于学术杂志《Journal of Thrombosis and Haemostasis》,是关于血小板激活受体CLEC-2在癌症进展中的作用的研究论文。
