台湾からの留学生「HUANG PO LUN（ファン ポウ ルン）」です。
大学院医工農学総合教育部の工学専攻のメカトロニクス工学コース（修士課程）に在籍しています。
今回は、私の母国・台湾の台北市（ホームタウン）で開催された日本留学フェアを紹介します。
山梨大学は、2025年8月30日～31日に、台北市で開催された日本留学フェア「2025 UF JAPAN」に参加して、一つのブースが設置されました。「UF JAPAN」は、台湾から日本への遊学や留学に関する事務を行っている台湾の会社で、幅広い日本の学術機関（日本語学校や大学や短期大学や専門学校など）に対応しています。
山梨大学に在学している台湾留学生をもっと増やすため、山梨大学の「国際化推進センター」のセンター長（西崎博光先生）と「グローバル推進課」の職員一人が、この日本留学フェアに参加しました。また、山梨大学の魅力を宣伝するため、西崎先生はこの日本留学フェアにある両日の講演会に参加しました。
今回の日本留学フェアを通じて、両日合計50人以上が山梨大学のブースに来て、山梨大学に関する多くの情報を聞きました。私は通訳者として、日本語ができない台湾人と日本人先生達との交流やコミュニケーションを行っていましたから、非常に楽しかったです。
今回の日本留学フェアでは、様々な質問がありました。例えば、山梨県と山梨大学の位置やアクセスや魅力や生活環境や観光地、山梨大学の学術的強さ、山梨大学にある各学部の特徴や魅力、山梨大学への入学に関する手続や試験や受験条件（必要点数）などを聞かれました。
今回の日本留学フェアは、自分の日本語能力（コミュニケーション）を練習して実践するチャンスで、非常に珍しい思い出になりました。日本への留学を考えている人は、ぜひ山梨大学を考慮してください。

Hello, everyone!
I am HUANG PO LUN from Taiwan.
I am a foreign student of master’s degree which belongs to Mechatronics Engineering Faculty of Graduate School of Engineering of Integrated Graduate School of Medicine, Engineering, and Agricultural Science in University of Yamanashi.
Today, I would like to introduce a study-in-Japan exhibition held in Taipei (my hometown) after going back to Taiwan (my motherland).
University of Yamanashi participated in a study-in-Japan exhibition called “2025 UF JAPAN” at a building near Taipei City Hall during 8/30 and 8/31, and a booth was set. “UF JAPAN” is a Taiwan’s company coping with the study-in-Japan business from Taiwan. It interacts with many academic institutions and organizations in Japan, such as Japanese schools, universities, junior colleges, and vocational schools.
To increase the number of foreign students of Taiwan in University of Yamanashi, the director of the center for Promotion of Internationalization from University of Yamanashi, Professor Hiromitsu Nishizaki, and a staff of the International Office from University of Yamanashi, took part in this exhibition. In addition, to express the charm of University of Yamanashi, Professor Hiromitsu Nishizaki also gave two speeches related to University of Yamanashi in two days.
There are above 50 people coming to the booth of University of Yamanashi in two days. They asked about various information related to University of Yamanashi. I acted as an interpreter to make the communication between Japanese teachers and Taiwanese people who cannot speak Japanese. It was truly interesting to me.
By participating in this exhibition, we received various questions. For example, some people asked about the position, environment, scenic spots and charm of University of Yamanashi and Yamanashi prefecture; some people asked about the academic strength of University of Yamanashi; some people asked about the features and charm of each faculty in University of Yamanashi; and some people asked about the admission registration, requirements and tests related to entering University of Yamanashi.
By attending this exhibition, it is a good opportunity to practice and use Japanese for oral communication. It is truly a good and precious experience and memory to me.
