Graduate School Admissions

A student can be admitted to the graduate school as a regular student or as a research student (non-regular student). The regular courses, consist of Master's courses (Department of Education in the Graduate School of Education, Graduate School of Medical and Engineering Science) and a Doctor's course (Department of Education in the Graduate School of Medical and Engineering Science), and each has different application requirements.

1.To be considered for admission as a “regular student”

To be admitted to a regular course, you will need to take and pass the entrance examination conducted by the relevant department.

2.To be considered for admission as a “research student”

To be admitted as a research student, it is necessary to have a specific research subject. Prior to application, the approval of the relevant academic advisor must be obtained. The university will make the final decision on selection. Research students will not receive a degree upon completion of the research period; however, they will receive a certificate of research by the authorization of the academic advisor.
