1.To be Considered for Admission as a “regular student”
To be admitted, applicants are required to take and pass the “Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU)” conducted by the Independent Administrative Institution Japan Student Services Organization, Japan and also to take and pass “the entrance examination” given by the University of Yamanashi.
2.To be considered for admission as a “research student”
If you wish to be admitted as a research student, you must have a specific subject that you wish to research at the University of Yamanashi. Prior to application, you must receive approval from the academic advisor under whom you wish to research. The university will make the final decision regarding selection. Research students will not receive a degree upon completion of the research period; however, they will receive a certificate of research by the authorization of the academic advisor.
