Summary

Electronics⁄information communications technology, which is now supporting an information-oriented society, will become more important to promote the future IT innovation. However, in order to get a continuous development while mankind harmonizes with the earth environment, it must contain the broader technological fields without remaining in a frame called traditional electrical engineering.
From these view points, this specialty plans to train a brilliant engineer who can research harmony with mankind and the earth environment, in addition to understanding the advanced electronics, information communication technology and border domain technology.
To realize the above plan, this specialty has two large lectures of "Information Electronics" and "Information Communication Systems", and promotes advanced education and investigation.
